How long each deliverable takes
- Save the Date gallery: typically delivered in under 1 week, always with your invitation timeline in mind. Your session agreement covers the delivery terms.
- Preshoot gallery: typically under 2 weeks. Your package contract guarantees all edited images in writing within 8 weeks.
- Event photo gallery: 8 days on average, and our published goal is the full event portfolio in under 3 weeks. The written contract window is 8 weeks.
- Highlight film and full films: about 3 weeks on average. The written contract window is 12 weeks.
The contract windows are deliberately conservative outer bounds. We publish them so you always know the worst case in writing, and then we work to beat them by a wide margin. Our averages above include busy months.
What actually affects timing
A quinceañera produces thousands of frames and hours of footage. Between your event and your gallery there is culling (choosing the best frame of every moment), color and exposure work on each selected image, film editing with music and story structure, and a final quality review. Any studio's timeline comes down to how much of that work one person is carrying.
