Pay the $150 invoice one week before your scheduled Save the Date session.

What Is a Save the Date Session?
A Save the Date session is a short photoshoot designed to:
- Meet our photo and video team before committing
- Get comfortable in front of the camera
- Build confidence before the formal gown preshoot
- Receive 10 high-resolution digital photos to use and share
This is an introduction session, not a full quinceanera photoshoot.
Location & Time
Session times are subject to change.
Because these sessions are scheduled around paid client shoots, timing may occasionally shift. If that happens, we do our best to notify you at least one day in advance.
Default location is Old Town McKinney or Adriatica Village (McKinney, TX), with final location confirmed before your session.
Paid New Dawn Photo clients who booked our Save the Date sessions may request alternate locations in DFW to suit their theme or idea.
What to Wear
Formal quinceañera gowns are not allowed for Save the Date sessions.
If the quinceañera arrives wearing a formal gown, the session will be canceled with no exceptions.

How Should We Prepare?
To ensure the best possible results, please arrive fully prepared:
- Hair and makeup should be clean, polished, and camera-ready
- Clothing should be wrinkle-free, well-fitted, and presentable
- Dresses, gowns, and outfits should look pristine and well maintained
- Any wardrobe issues or adjustments should be addressed before arriving to the session

Discounted Hair & Makeup with Trusted Stylists
We partner with trusted professional stylists who specialize in quinceañera hair and makeup and offer a discounted Save the Date hair and makeup rate.
If you selected that you allow stylists to contact you, they will message you directly.

Travel Convenience Fee
If you would like the stylists to travel to your location for Save the Date glam, a $75 convenience fee is due upon arrival.
Ask your stylist directly for the current discounted Save the Date rate and travel options.
Rescheduling Policy
If you need to reschedule, use the link in your confirmation email.
We always try to keep your original time, but adjustments may be required.
In rare cases, paid preshoot clients may need priority. If that happens, we will notify you and move your session to the next available date.
