IMPORTANT: Please read prior to scheduling!

We now allow self-scheduling of FREE Save the Date photoshoots. This is an excellent way to meet a photo and video team before committing to one! It also helps build confidence in your quinceanera for her pre-shoot with the formal gown when the time comes!

How to Book

  • You must book at least 72 hours before the session.

  • Once you have submitted your appointment, you MUST immediately contact us to confirm your appointment time through our Facebook page (like and follow) https://www.facebook.com/TheRealNewDawnPhoto/

    • If you did not contact us on our FB page to confirm your Save the Date appointment, we reserve the right to cancel the date without notice or confirmation.

Location

  • All free Save the Date photoshoots are currently located at Old Town Mckinney in McKinney, TX. If you are a package owner of New Dawn Photo, we do take Save the Date sessions at different locations within DFW.

What to wear

  • Formal quinceañera gowns are not allowed for a Save the Date session. The photo session will be canceled if the quinceañera attends the Save the Date photoshoot in a formal quinceañera gown.

Hair & Makeup

  • We have partnered with two amazing stylists who specialize in Quinceañera hair and makeup to offer you a complimentary (FREE) hair and makeup for the Save the Date photoshoot session.

  • If you love their work, we highly recommend booking them for both your preshoot and main event. They even offer FREE redo sessions for preshoots if a retake is ever needed, no questions asked, you are glammed up once more for a 2nd take! This is an exclusive only for New Dawn Photo.

  • If you need the stylists to goto your location for the Save the Date glam, a $75 convenience fee will be due upon their arrival, otherwise the glam is free if you travel to their location in Fort Worth.

Rescheduling of date and/or time

  • If you must reschedule, please use the email that you received and you may schedule for a different date.

  • Often times, we may need to change the actual time of the Save the Date, however, we do strive to keep the timing that you had originally chose. If you are working with our stylists, they will accommodate you to the best of their ability if timing changes.

  • In some situations, we may need to prioritize existing clients with their pre-shoot sessions and we may need to bring them in to an earlier date. If so, we will notify you if we must reschedule your complimentary Save the Date session for a later date.
