SMS Invitation Policy (Private Form Only)

⚠️ We are not responsible for guests who do not receive the invitation due to spam, invalid numbers, landlines, or phone plan/device limitations.

• Scope: Applies only when you upload your guests’ phone numbers into the private RSVP form.

• Delivery Notice: Some mobile carriers may mark our messages as spam. We can provide a list of guests who have not opened your invitation; you’ll need to resend those invitations from your own phone.

• Message Limit: We can send up to two text messages per party from your guest list—the initial invite and one reminder.

• Scheduling: You must contact us within 24 hours of using your SMS pass to tell us exactly when to send your messages. Note: We do not track or remember send times for you—if you don’t specify, we won’t send.
